Deliveries and return logistics depend on the country or region shown at checkout. If you order within the EU as a consumer, you may have statutory withdrawal rights in addition to the practical steps below, subject to exceptions for sealed goods.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions. Sealed goods related to health or hygiene may not be eligible for return once unsealed after delivery, where applicable law allows such an exception.

Eligible returns

Returns are accepted when the product is unused, in original packaging where reasonably possible, and within the communicated return window. Food supplements must remain sealed unless you received a defective item.

How to start a return

Email us with your order reference, item list, and reason for the return. We confirm the address and any return label steps. Do not send items before receiving instructions unless we ask you to.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method where technically possible. Processing may take several business days after we receive and inspect the goods.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly with photos and your order reference. We arrange a replacement or refund according to the situation.

Costs

Unless mandatory law states otherwise, return shipping costs follow the instructions we send after your request. We state any deductions clearly before you complete the return.
